The Grand Old Duke of Pork lets you choose new sausage flavour combinations from a selection of over 50 ingredients, from Goat Cheese and Chorizo to Lemon, Thyme and Honey or Haggis and Ale. Just click on 'Design your Sausage' and take your pick, if we haven't got an ingredient you're looking for then just ask and we'll see what we can do.

If you need some ideas while you're designing you can also find some special 'best of' sausage flavours like Stuffing and Onion Gravy, Moroccan Pork or seasonal specials to order straight away!
